30 Day Return Policy



Salma Earrings stands behind the quality and value of all its gold jewelry and other precious products. If there is any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days for a refund.

Refunds will only be issued in the exact same method of the original payment, usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your jewelry return.

If you are making a return or exchange, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

For order returns which included free shipping customer will be responsible for original shipping costs not to exceed $15.00 domestic and $50.00 international.


  • Items should be returned with a copy of the original invoice and reason for return of merchandise.
  • Special order merchandise is non-returnable, non-cancelable, and non-refundable.
  • Merchandise that has been altered (i.e., engraved, sized, etc) or damaged by the customer is non-returnable.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Credit will be given for merchandise only.
  • Any item that has manufacturing defects will be exchanged at any time.
  • Return postage costs on defective merchandise will be refunded, up to $5.50.
  • Unclaimed, undeliverable, or refused orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee, plus freight.


Custom Jewelry Orders

Gold jewelry or any other product that has been custom made for you is a special order and is non-returnable. We reserve the right to make an exception on select custom jewelry ordered items with a restocking fee.


Engraved Jewelry

Any gold Jewelry or other products that have been engraved with a personalized request is non-returnable.


Personalized Jewelry

Personalized jewelry items are individually custom made and are non-returnable.


Close-out Items

Occaisionally a customer will order an item which is discontinued or is no longer being manufactured. This item may be in stock in a limited availability. In the event an item is purchased which is no longer being produced but is available for sale, this item is not covered under our return policy and returns will not be accepted. Salma Earrings customer support will contact the customer in the event an item is ordered which is not covered under our 30 day return policy and get confirmation first before shipping that the customer wishes to follow through with the purchase. SALMA EARRINGS WILL NOT SHIP A CLOSE-OUT ITEM WITHOUT FIRST GETTING APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE FROM THE CUSTOMER!


Shipping Information for your Jewelry Purchase

Salma Earrings offers FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. via USPS First Class for orders over $150.00. There is a $44.95 flat-rate fee for most international orders; however, some countries with farther destinations may be slightly more in cost. Any of our shipping options will be displayed during your check out process before you finalize your order.


International Orders

We are proud to welcome most international orders and ship to most nations, including Canada, Europe, Australia, Asia, & parts of the Middle East. There is a shipping fee for any international orders. Please view our International Reference Page for details.
